Jail, fine for drugs at 10KLF
Joseph Michael Doyle, 22, of 1817 Ruby Circle, Shakopee, has been sentenced in Becker County District Court for felony fourth-degree controlled substance crime, possession.
According to court records, he was caught with drugs at the 10,000 Lakes Festival on July 23.
He had 10 baggies of ecstasy, seven baggies of hashish and a 7-gram bag of marijuana.
He appeared April 27 before District Judge Joe Evans, who stayed imposition of sentence for five years and placed him on supervised probation. He must serve 60 days in jail, with credit for four days served.
He must also pay a total of $590 in fines and fees. Huber work release privileges were granted.
