Local students earn honors at UM-Crookston

The Office of the Registrar at the University of Minnesota, Crookston, announced students named to the spring semester 2010 dean's list and chancellor's list.

To qualify for a place on the dean's list, students must complete 12 or more letter-graded (A-F) credits while attaining a 3.50 grade point average.

Students named to the dean's list included Amanda L. Adkins of Detroit Lakes, and Nathaniel Carl Aho of Frazee. Adkins is majoring in agricultural education. Aho is majoring in business management.

To qualify for a place on the chancellor's list, students must complete 12 or more letter-graded (A-F) credits while attaining a 4.00 grade point average.

Students named to the chancellor's list included Thomas Shane Haarstick of Vergas. Haarstick is majoring in agricultural systems management.
