Mail carrier from Wahpeton admits to failing to deliver about 4 tons of mail
WAHPETON, N.D. - A rural mail carrier from Wahpeton pleaded guilty Wednesday to a charge of delay and destruction of mail.
Allen Edward Prochnow, 62, entered his plea in U.S. District Court in Fargo. He admitted to failing to deliver about 4 tons of mail, which was seized by federal agents when they searched his Wahpeton home April 3.
