According to court records:
Friday at the 10,000 Lakes Festival private security agents at the Lake Sallie campground observed him going to different campsites with a backpack. They believed he was selling drugs.
He was arrested by a deputy and at the sheriff's department command center officers allegedly searched his backpack and wallet and found sheets of heavy paper that contained a total of 740 dosage units of LSD.
He appeared Monday before District Judge Joe Evans, who set bail or bond at $75,000 and set his next court appearance for Aug. 24.
