Man allegedly caught with 89 hits of LSD at 10KLF
Joshua Eric Snead, 22, of 10920 Haverford Lane, Richmond, Va., has been charged in Becker County District Court with felony second-degree controlled substance crime, possession with intent to sell.
On Saturday a deputy was dispatched to the main gate at Lake Sallie Campground at the 10,000 Lakes Festival at the request of security personnel, who said they had discovered a baggie containing LSD on Snead.
According to court records, Snead said he had found the bag, which contained 89 dosage units of LSD, on the festival grounds. He had taken two hits, but had not sold any, he told officers.
He appeared Monday before District Judge Joe Evans, who set $50,000 bail or bond and set his next court appearance for Aug. 18.
