Man allegedly caught with marijuana, mushrooms, ecstasy pills at 10KLF
Tyler Greg Anderson, 20, of 604 Honeysuckle Drive, Harrisberg, S.D., has been charged in Becker County District Court with felony second-degree controlled substance crime -- possession with intent to sell. He is also charged with two felony counts of fifth-degree controlled substance crime, possession.
According to court records:
Saturday at the 10,000 Lakes Festival, private security operatives hired by the festival allegedly observed him with a backpack at the Lake Sallie Campground interacting with a group of people in a suspected drug sale.
Deputies were called in, the backpack was seized and allegedly contained a small plastic bag of marijuana, a small plastic bag of hallucinogenic mushrooms, a plastic pouch containing 50 ecstasy pills and two small baggies of cocaine. He also had $257 cash, and allegedly gave a fake name to the arresting officers.
He appeared Monday before District Judge Joe Evans, who set bail or bond at $30,000 and set his next court appearance for Aug. 3.
