Man arraigned in Hubbard County weekend traffic fatality
A former Grand Rapids man was arraigned Tuesday on five charges in connection with a weekend rollover that caused the death of his passenger.
Jesse Philip Dahl, 29, appeared in Hubbard County District Court with his head shaved and with numerous abrasions and cuts.
The criminal complaint states his blood alcohol level was .16 percent when the Volkswagon Passat he was driving southbound in County Road 3 left the roadway, struck an approach and rolled about 12:30 a.m. July 3.
