Man arrested for writing bad checks
A Minneapolis man made his first court appearance on a felony count of issuing dishonored checks.
Anthony Johntay Carrillo, 23, faces up to five years in prison and a $10,000 fine for writing five separate dishonored checks totaling $611.70 to Becker County businesses, including Central Market and the City of Detroit Lakes.
