Man fails to appear
Myron Neil Boswell, 29, of 2318 Shinab Trail, Ponsford, failed to appear for sentencing in Becker County District Court.
He is charged with three felony counts of second-degree controlled substance crime - sale.
According to court records, on three occasions in March 2008, he allegedly sold morphine pills to a confidential reliable informant working for the West Central Minnesota Drug Task Force.
He allegedly sold a total of 10 100-milligram pills for $560.
He failed to show up for sentencing on April 21 and District Judge Peter Irvine issued a bench warrant for his arrest.
