Minnesota Army reservists back home from Iraq
ROCHESTER, Minn. - Seventeen Army reservists are back home in Minnesota after a long stint in Iraq.
Members of the 79th Military Police Company returned to Rochester on Saturday. The unit has been providing security for military and civilian leaders in Iraq for nearly a year.
Tears streamed down the faces of soldiers and family members as they were reunited Saturday. About 150 people were gathered at a Rochester hotel to welcome the troops home.
