Mom, son arrested at Kenny Chesney concert after he vomits on concertgoers
FARGO - Police here arrested a mother and son Saturday night after the son refused to leave the Kenny Chesney concert after vomiting on other concertgoers and his mother began pushing police officers.
Justin Krohmer, 26, was asked to leave the Fargodome about 11 p.m. after vomiting on people, but refused to do so. His family then intervened and his mother, Susan Krohmer "was physically pushing the police officers while they were dealing with Justin," Sgt. Mark Lykken said.
Justin Krohmer, of Dickinson, N.D., was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct and resisting an officer. Susan Krohmer, 47, of Ada, Minn., was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct and obstructing a public officer, Lykken said.
If an individual vomits, the Fargodome's policy is to ask them to leave, the police report regarding the incident states, Lykken said.
