An odd deer hunting find

On a recent Friday, Thomas Pace was walking through a thick, nasty Tamarack swamp hoping to push a deer to a buddy when he spotted a shed antler from the previous winter. "As I approached, I discovered the other side as well lying a foot away. I had found a matched set of antlers in mint condition," he said. So Pace compared that to the deer he shot on opening weekend and they were a match. "I had found sheds of the deer I shot from the previous year after I shot it.
