Overnight temps dip to 40 below in Park Rapids -- 34 below in Detroit Lakes

It hit 40 below around 4 a.m. today in Park Rapids; 41 below if you listen to locals who recorded that 1 degree dip at 4:30 a.m.
The mercury dipped to 34 below in Detroit Lakes, according to KDLM Radio, which keeps a weather station.
It may be redundant, or even unnecessary to say this, but we're under an "extreme cold warning" and "wind chill advisory" much of today.
It will warm up today to give us another inch of snow.
But the National Weather Service says it will be 19 by Wednesday -- above zero.
And for those of you who just can't face any more, Sun Country flights south are filling up at light speed.
