While a vote is planned for Saturday, Peterson says he is hearing it could be 2 or 3 a.m. on Sunday. Steny Hoyer, House majority leader, said the vote could even be pushed to early next week.

Peterson said there are a number of things in the bill he does not support, among them: cost containment.

He said people have to understand there is no free lunch and that the government can't take care of everything.

He said he's voting "no" for his grandchildren.
