Plows pulled from roads in southeast North Dakota
FARGO - Blowing snow has forced the Department of Transportation to pull snowplows from roads in southeast North Dakota.
A no travel advisory issued for the south-central part of the state was extended at 8:05 a.m. to the southeast region because of heavy snow reducing visibility and accumulating on highways.
