Pollution Control Agency concludes 27 cases
The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency concluded 27 enforcement cases totaling $527,491 in penalties during the third quarter of 2006. The cases occurred at facilities in 18 counties throughout Minnesota.
The following is a brief summary of the cases completed during the third quarter of 2006:
$280,700 - Southern Minnesota Beet Sugar Cooperative, Renville, for water and air quality violations.
