A social hour followed by dinner began an evening of fellowship and camaraderie for local conservatives. Area candidates or their representatives were available to meet their constituents and answer questions about their candidacy.

Lee Byberg is running for U.S. Representative from the 7th Congressional District, Steve Green for House District 2B, Paul Sandman for House District 4B, Dennis Moser for Senate District 2, Phil Hansen for Senate District 4, Ben Grimsley for Becker County Commissioner District 2 and Gerald Schram for Becker County Commissioner District 3.

Over 100 items donated by members of the group and local supporters provided an intriguing assortment of prizes and bidding opportunities for the crowd. Treasures ranged from a rare Finnish knife, local art and fine jewelry to more modest items like a basket of apples and knit baby cloths.

Live auctions, silent auctions and door prize drawings were interspersed during the event along with games of skill providing an entertaining evening.

The fundraiser provides an opportunity for conservatives to gather and generate funds for promoting conservative principles and to help elect conservative candidates.
