Scoring comes at a premium in DL's loss to Lumberjacks

The Detroit Lakes boys' basketball team pulled off one of its better defensive performances of the season, but it still wasn't enough. The No. 3 seeded Bemidji Lumberjacks ended the No. 6 Lakers' season 55-44 in the Section 8-3A playoffs Tuesday.


The Lakers couldn't start things offensively, as the Lumberjacks crowded the lane to limit DL's higher-percentage shots.
