A trio of top-three finishes at the state track meet is great for any sophomore.
But with two second-place finishes and a third, Lake Park-Audubon's Ashley Tingelstad still felt like she came up a little bit short.
"I hate second," Tingelstad said with a laugh. "Second place is almost worse than taking sixth. "When you're that close to taking first, it pushes you that much harder."
