A level 3 sex offender is now living in Becker County in rural Waubun.

Mark Anthony Rehm, 27, moved to a residence on Becker County Road 21 on Saturday. The exact address was not disclosed.

In 2001, Rehm was convicted of first-degree sexual conduct with a 4-year-old girl.

He was convicted of both charges in Otter Tail County District Court.

In 2007, three weeks after his release from prison, he was sentenced to another year in prison for technical violations of his parole -- failing to register as a sex offender and failing to notify authorities of a change in address.

He had been released to live with his parents near Fergus Falls.

He moved to Park Rapids after being released from prison Oct. 30 and moved to Fergus Falls on Jan. 25.

Rehm is a registered level 3 predatory offender not wanted by the police and has fulfilled the sentence imposed by the courts.
