Shooting sends boy to MeritCare
A 7-year-old boy who was shot in rural Skime, Minn., had to be airlifted to a Fargo hospital, according to a news release from the Roseau County Sheriff's Office.
Authorities responded to a residence Tuesday morning, and the boy was taken by ambulance to LifeCare Medical Center in Roseau. He then was transported to MeritCare in Fargo.
A preliminary investigation suggests the shooting was accidental.
