"Siouxper drunk" T-shirts spark controversy at UND

Students at UND’s American Indian Student Services Center Monday said they were angry and frustrated when the university failed to take any disciplinary action against groups of people who wore racially offensive shirts at the annual Springfest celebration Saturday.
