Slippery roads slowing down holiday Red River Valley traffic
FARGO - A number of accidents on area roads were reported this morning as conditions prove slippery for holiday travelers and shoppers.
North Dakota Highway Patrol officers had responded to four rollovers and about 10 cars in the ditch as of 10 a.m. in Cass, Richland and Traill counties, said Lt. Bryan Niewind.
Two of those rollovers, one of which sent a man to the hospital with minor injuries, occurred on Inter-state 29 near Fargo, Niewind said.
