St. Mary's Innovis adds 4, promotes 1
St. Mary's Innovis Health in Detroit Lakes recently added four new employees and promoted one.
Tim Walker has accepted the position of pharmacy manager. Jared Aelony, DPM, surgical podiatrist, Mahendra K. Gupta, M.D., medical oncologist, and Diana Johnson joins the staff as well as the chief nursing officer. Rebecca Bentley is the new surgical services manager.
Aelony received his medical degree from Barry University of Graduate Medical Sciences in Miami Shores, Fla. Gupta received his medical degree from S.M.S. Medical College, Jaipur.
Gupta served his residency at Mount Sinai School of Medicine at the Jersey City Medical Center in New Jersey.
Johnson comes to St. Mary's Innovis Health from HealthEast Care System Bethesda Hospital in St. Paul. She completed her education at The College of St. Scholastica in Duluth.
Johnson's previous roles include director of nursing, patient care executive and she has experience in public health and home health.
Walker brings 34 years of experience to the pharmacy management position. Walker comes to St. Mary's Innovis Health from the Perham Hospital and Clinic where he served as co-manager of their pharmacies.
Bentley has been employed at St. Mary's since October 1997, and has served as manager of Hospital Surgical Services since Feb. 2004.
