Sunday Night Forecast Discussion
Good evening! It turned out to be a decent way to end the weekend across the region as most of us cleared up in the afternoon. However, there are showers are rolling into western North Dakota and will move northeast during the night. These showers may hit parts of northern North Dakota tonight while moving across the US/Canadian border. For many of us in eastern North Dakota and northwestern Minnesota, we should stay dry while the sky will turn mostly cloudy after midnight.
Wind: W 10-20 mph
Monday will start off mostly cloudy, but some areas could be turning partly cloudy in the afternoon as high pressure begins to move into the upper Midwest. Although we will stay dry, Monday will be cool with highs into the 60s.
Highs: 60°F-70°FWind: W 10-20 mph
Dry and decent weather returns Tuesday as high pressure fully moves into our region. We should see plenty of sunshine Tuesday and Wednesday, along with gradually warming back up to near 80 degrees by Thursday and Friday. Lows will stay in the lower 50s to lower 60s next week.
Have a great rest of the weekend! -Meteorologist Kellen Peters
