Teen sentenced for having ecstasy during Fourth of July
Adam Christopher Maack, 19, of 1630 34th St. S. Apt. 103, Fargo has been sentenced for felony fourth-degree controlled substance crime, possession.
According to court records: He was arrested for fighting on Washington Avenue on July 4, and while being searched after his arrest he admitted to having 20 ecstasy pills on his person.
On Wednesday, Becker County District Judge Joe Evans stayed imposition of sentence for 15 years and placed him on supervised probation for 15 years. He must serve 30 days in jail, with five days credit for time served, and pay a $1,000 fine plus court fees and $300 for reimbursement of his public defender.
He must submit to random drug testing, abstain from drugs and alcohol, and comply with all recommendations of Drake Counseling.
