Ten hits not enough for DL in loss to W-DC

Email News Alerts

Despite ringing up 10 hits in their Hi-10 League road match-up against host Wadena-Deer Creek Sunday, the Detroit Lakes Angels only scored once in a 6-1 loss to the Shockers.

Three errors hindered DL’s progress through the game, as W-DC scored three runs in each the sixth and eighth innings.

Bryan Buhr led the way by going 3-4, while each of Doug Dickey and Phil Kirchner had two hits apiece.
