Testifying for the trail

April 4, a group of representatives from Frazee and Detroit Lakes took to the Senate to testify on behalf of the bill for completing the DL-Frazee segment of the Heartland Trail.

Those who testified include former DL mayor Larry Buboltz, Frazee City Administrator Jon Smith and Frazee Mayor Hank Ludtke. Also attending were Brad Green, Detroit Lakes Public Works director, Janet Green, Ecumen, and Dan Berg, owner of Lakecrest Resort.
