Two charged with selling cocaine to undercover informant
Jill Ann Thompson, 28, of 26269 Eagle Drive, White Earth and George Edward Libby Jr., 34, same address, have both been charged with second- and fifth-degree controlled substance crime, both felonies.
According to court records:
On March 13, a confidential reliable informant working for the West Central Minnesota Drug Task Force allegedly agreed to pay $300 for six half-gram bindles of cocaine. He allegedly received a total of 2.4 grams of cocaine, according to testing.
Later that same day, the informant allegedly agreed to buy another six half-gram bindles for another $300. He allegedly received a total of 2.4 grams of cocaine that time.
On March 14, the informant again agreed to pay $300 for six half-gram bindles of cocaine. He allegedly received a total of 2.1 grams that time.
The same thing allegedly happened March 18.
On April 2, a search warrant was executed at their home in the old projects in White Earth village, and agents allegedly found a total of 18.6 grams of marijuana.
On Tuesday, Becker County District Judge Joe Evans issued arrest warrants for both Thompson and Libby.
