Two people charged with selling drugs to informant

A Detroit Lakes man and a Rochert woman are both facing felony drug charges for selling methamphetamine to a confidential informant of the West Central Minnesota Drug Task Force on Sept. 11, 2007.

David Lee Hayes, 21, of 918½ Washington Ave., Detroit Lakes, and Nancy Jo Erickson, 39, of 21252 West Height of Land Drive, Rochert, have each been charged with one count of second degree sale of a controlled substance and one count of fourth degree sale of a controlled substance.

Hayes made his first appearance in Becker County District Court Monday; his bail was set at $10,000. He will make his next appearance March 9. A warrant has been issued for Erickson's arrest.
