Ulteig executive asked to serve on NCEO board
Ulteig Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer Brad Swenson has been selected to serve as a member of the Board of Directors for The National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO).
Ulteig is a member of the NCEO.
Since joining Ulteig in 2004 Swenson has served as the company's General
Counsel, Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer
He leads the team's Corporate Office that includes the functional areas of Accounting and Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Legal, and IT.
Swenson has been instrumental in creating and administrating Ulteig's Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP).
The company's ESOP program, initiated in 2005, has provided employees the opportunity to earn corporate ownership and share in the financial responsibilities of the company.
Swenson is currently serving or has served on numerous area boards including the Board of Directors for the NDSU Research and Technology Park, the Board of Trustees for the F-M Symphony, the Board of Directors for F-M Chamber of Commerce, the Executive Board for the Northern Lights Council, the Advisory Board for the Center for Ethical Leadership at Concordia College, Chairman of Minnesota Technology, Inc.'s Telecommunication Task Force, Moorhead Rotary and the Editorial Boards for the North Dakota and Missouri Bars.
