UND hockey player pleads not guilty in furniture throwing incident
GRAND FORKS -- A former UND hockey player accused of throwing assorted objects onto a Grand Forks street and lying to campus police has pleaded not guilty to disorderly conduct and providing false information to officers.
Joe Finley's attorney, James Hovey of Grand Forks, filed the plea on his client's behalf in lieu of a hearing. Finley has a pretrial conference set for Oct. 1.
