Wadena brothers surrender to police in assault case

WADENA - Three brothers from Wadena surrendered to police Thursday after being sought on assault charges.

On July 23 at 10:17 p.m., Nathan Petro, Travis Petro and Trenton Petro turned themselves in to the Wadena County Sheriff's Office.


Warrants had been issued for their arrest and all three have been charged with third degree assault. They're suspected of beating a 17-year-old boy who was taken by ambulance to the hospital.
