Waubun man gets prison time for break-in
A Waubun man was convicted and sentenced recently in Becker County District Court on a felony charge of possessing burglary tools.
Raymond Joseph Guinn, 38, of 2942 County Road 4, Waubun, was ordered to serve 19 months (1½ years) in prison with 257 days credit for time already served. He was also fined $135 and ordered to pay $3,445 restitution.
The charges were related to a July 25, 2012 break-in at a residence on 245th Avenue in Callaway. Three containers of valuable coins were reportedly taken from the residence.
