WE Fest: 24-year-old Fargo man's death caused by heart and lung condition
A 24-year-old Fargo man death at WE Fest on Aug. 6 was caused by a serious heart and lung condition, according to a provisional autopsy report.
An investigation by the Becker County Sheriff's Office has ruled out foul play in Carl Marvin Cymbaluk's death.
Cymbaluk, who had previously lived in Fosston, was found unresponsive in a motor home by family members shortly before 7 a.m. last Thursday - the first day of WE Fest.
The motor home was in the Northwoods Campground, which has been designated by WE Fest as a "family" camping area with, according to the WE Fest Web site, "strictly enforced noise curfews."
