RECREATION

• Family Snowmobile Ride: 10:30 a.m., Detroit Lakes Holiday Inn. The ULTRA Snowmobile Club sponsors this all-ages family ride. Club membership not required to participate. Ride goes north from the Holiday Inn to a deer camp with a heated shack and campfire. Food and beverages will be provided. Participants must be prepared to leave the Holiday Inn promptly.

• 'Fight the Frost' Indoor Carnival: 12 noon, Fargodome, Fargo. Games Galore presents more than 35 inflatable games, plus laser tag, for families and young adults. Tickets $10 for adults, $6 for kids 5 and under. Free parking. Info: 701-241-9100.

• Twisted Stitchers: 9 a.m., 210 S. Main St., Park Rapids. Fiber arts guild meeting features Kathy Belt, who will demonstrate spinning fiber with a drop spindle. • Tamarac Family Ski Trek: 2 p.m., Tamarac National Wildlife Refuge. Join a Tamarac park ranger on a two-hour woodland trek that's trek is perfect for the whole family.
