• Phelps Mill Art Festival: 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Phelps Mill County Park, 15145 135th Ave., Fergus Falls. Today's events feature music by Tuey and Marshall Star; community church service and turtle races. • "Oy Vey is Jewish for Uff-da": 7:30 p.m., ITOW Veterans Museum, 805 W. Main, Perham. New York Mills-based singer-songwriter Elisa Korenne brings her latest one-woman show to the ITOW Museum for a special concert. Korenne spent the last year researching the Jewish pioneers of the 19th and early-20th centuries and then crafted original song-portraits that tell their stories. ART EVENTS

• Cormorant Art Show: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Cormorant Community Center, 13 miles south of Lake Park and 1.5 miles north of Zorbaz on Pelican Lake. Twenty-five regional artists display a variety of watercolors, acrylic and oil paintings, rosemaling, basketry, prints, cards and more. Painting demonstrations, door prizes and refreshments also included.

• Hip Hop Don't Stop 2010: 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., 1101 1st Ave. S., Fargo (across from Duffy's). Urban cultural event features hip hop music and the creation of a graffiti-inspired aerosol art mural. Free and open to all ages. Info: 701-232-3821.
