Woman in court for theft from her employer
A Mahnomen woman made her first court appearance in Becker County Court on charges of felony theft from an incident that happened in August, 2011.
Angela Dawn Holt, 39, is charged with stealing from the Ice Cracking Lodge while employed there.
According to the complaint, cameras at the Ice Cracking showed Holt stealing from slot machine tills, the cash register, waitress tips and other various matters.
Investigators determined that she took an estimated $2,175.
Holt admitted to White Earth police that she stole the money, but was unsure of how much she took over her time of employment.
She was released of her own recognizance.
