Woman sentenced for cocaine

Beverly Ann Rogers, 21, of 26392 Crane Road, White Earth has been sentenced in Becker County District Court for felony second-degree controlled substance crime, possession.

On May 8, law enforcement officials executed a search warrant on a residence in White Earth where Rogers was living.

According to court records:

Searchers found 16.5 grams of cocaine, numerous prescription pills, $2,000 cash, surveillance cameras and drug packaging items.

Rogers was pregnant and tested positive for ecstasy and another illegal substance.

On Dec. 11, District Judge Lisa Borgen issued a stay of adjudication for 25 years and placed her on supervised probation for 25 years.

She was ordered to serve 30 days in jail and pay a $500 fine plus court fees. She must submit to random drug testing and successfully complete drug court. She was granted credit for time served.
