On each occasion, the buyer was supposed to be getting a "tweener," or 1.75 grams of meth. The amounts sold were actually 1.2 grams and .9 grams.

She pleaded guilty to one count of forth-degree controlled substance crime, sale, on July 17. A gross misdemeanor charge of child endangerment was dropped in a plea agreement.

She was sentenced by District Judge Lisa Borgen to 18 months in prison, execution of sentence stayed 15 years. She was placed on supervised probation and granted credit for 18 days served in jail.

She was fined $50 plus fees and must pay $450 restitution. She can do community service work in lieu of the fine. She must complete chemical dependency treatment and successfully complete drug court.

Colling was also sentenced on a second-degree burglary charge.

In May of 2007 she entered a man's residence and took a DVD player, which she pawned for $15. She left the man a note, saying she would return the DVD player. When she tried to claim it at the pawn shop later, she was denied access, being told only the owner could claim it.

She was sentenced to 23 months in prison on that charge, execution of sentence stayed 10 years. She was ordered to serve 19 days in jail, and then given credit for 19 days already served. She was fined $1,000 plus court fees, with $500 of that fine stayed. She must successfully complete drug court.
