Woman sentenced for selling meth
Jill Lynette Walker, 46, of 515 30th Ave. S. Moorhead has been sentenced in Becker County District Court for felony fifth-degree controlled substance crime.
On Dec. 13, 2006, she sold 2.4 grams of meth for $350 to a confidential reliable informant working for the West Central Minnesota Drug Task Force.
On Dec. 23 District Judge Peter Irvine stayed imposition of sentence for five years and placed her on supervised probation for five years. She was sentenced to 88 days in jail, with credit for time served, and released.
She was fined $1,000 plus court fees and ordered to get a chemical use assessment and follow the recommendations.
