Daylight savings time had us spring ahead on March 12, which always helps a lot with the winter blahs, and this week the spring equinox took place, putting us squarely in the season of spring! We have officially made it through another winter!

If you would like library materials concerning spring, your library has numerous items such as the two new titles highlighted below.

"A Royal Spring," by Kristen Depken.

Rapunzel, Tiana, Belle, and Merida celebrate springtime in this Step 2 Step into Reading book! Perfect for kids ages 4 to 6, this leveled reader features a glittery cover and over 30 sparkly stickers! Step 2 readers use basic vocabulary and short sentences to tell simple stories. Children who recognize familiar words and can sound out new words with help will love this book.

"Devil in Spring," by Lisa Kleypas.

New York Times bestselling author LISA KLEYPAS delivers the unforgettable tale of a strong-willed beauty who encounters her match in one of London's most notorious—yet irresistible — rakes...

Most debutantes dream of finding a husband. Lady Pandora Ravenel has different plans. The ambitious young beauty would much rather stay at home and plot out her new board game business than take part in the London Season. But one night at a glittering society ball, she's ensnared in a scandal with a wickedly handsome stranger.
