DETROIT LAKES, Minn. - "It's almost time for heaven in 2011."

That is, if your idea of heaven includes three days of live country music and camping. If so, WE Fest 2011 is the right place for you this weekend.

The music festival, taking place Thursday through Saturday at Detroit Lakes' Soo Pass Ranch, boasts a star-studded lineup with Brad Paisley, Sugarland and the Rascal Flatts headlining the country music festival.

David Larson, sales and promotions director of Festivals and Concert Events Inc., said this year's lineup is the most decorated in the festival's history - including seven Country Music Award winners.

"This is the 'Super Bowl' of country music," he said.

Other notable acts scheduled to hit the stage this year include Willie Nelson, Lynyrd Skynyrd and Miranda Lambert.

For those interested, Larson estimated about 1,500 tickets made up of general admission and reserved seats and 300 campsites remaining.
