• "War Requiem" by Benjamin Britten: 4 p.m., Memorial Auditorium, Concordia College, Moorhead. More than 400 musicians, conducted by Rene Clausen, will perform this piece in a nonliturgical setting of the requiem mass for the dead. • Health & Leisure Expo : 4 to 7 p.m., Lake Park-Audubon Elementary School Gymnasium, Audubon. Lake Park Audubon Community Education sponsors the Lakes Area Health and Leisure Expo. There will be new product displays from area vendors, health screenings, shopping, massages, food, fun and lots of door prizes. It is free admission.

• Purse Show: 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., St. Mary's Innovis Health hospital lobby, Detroit Lakes. The St. Mary's volunteers host a Purse Show featuring hundreds of purses at dis-counted rates.

• Talk of the Town: 9 a.m., Cormorant Community Center. Cormorant Township presents Eric Bergeson, owner of Bergeson Nursery in Fertile and a weekly columnist for several newspapers. including Detroit Lakes. It is free and coffee and cookies will be served.
