Parents of the couple are John and Candy Steffl; and Richard and Jayne Haldorson.
Betsy graduated from Detroit Lakes High School and MSCS Detroit Lakes. She is employed by Christian Bros. Racing, Fertile; and John Steffl Farms, Callaway.
Brent graduated from Detroit Lakes High School and MSCS Detroit Lakes. He is employed in the construction business.
