Brett and Kelley Freese are the owners of the Palmer House Hotel, and are protective about its unseen guests. Paranormal investigators are not allowed to provoke or confront spirits there and must show them respect. “We have to live here, too,” says Kelley, who was once “choked” by an angry ghost.
