Kenneth Perrine
Former Frazee resident Kenneth Jerome “Kenny” Perrine, 58, of Spokane, Wash., went to be with the lord on Wednesday, July 21, 2010, under the care of Hospice House of Spokane. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 7 in the Northwoods Harvest Barn Cowboy Church, 13 miles east of Detroit Lakes on Highway 34, with Pastor Brian Erickson officiating.

Former Frazee resident Kenneth Jerome “Kenny” Perrine, 58, of Spokane, Wash., went to be with the lord on Wednesday, July 21, 2010, under the care of Hospice House of Spokane.
Kenny was born to Nathan and Florence Perrine on December 29, 1951 in Midland, Texas. He started his education at a small country school near Cotton Lake, later moving to Rugby, N.D., where he went to school for six years.
Kenny and his family moved back to Frazee, where he attended high school. Kenny devoted his time as a caregiver for Kelly Services in Spokane. He enjoyed drawing, and left behind many paintings and woodcarvings for his family and friends.
Survivors include three sons, Kenny Colling Jr. of Ogema, Victor (Corrine) Colling of Ogema and Shawn (Amy) Colling of Omaha, Neb.; seven grandchildren, Rebecca, Tory, Quentin, Emily, Tyler, Michael and Melissa; his mother, Florence Perrine of Frazee; two sisters, Patricia (Robert) Weissenstein of Rochert and Cindy (Robert) Mayfield of Frazee; five brothers, Gary (Sally) Perrine of Detroit Lakes, Ronald (Erva) Perrine of Frazee, Eugene (Esther) Perrine of Marysville, Wash., Randy Perrine of Kalispell, Mont., and Jeffery (Kathy) Perrine of Rochert; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Preceding him in death were his father, Nathan Perrine; two nephews, Ronny Perrine Jr. and Jeremy Mayfield; niece Nicole Ziegler; and great niece Sophia Perrine.
