U.S. Senator Amy Klobuchar made the following statement regarding the release of a National Alzheimer’s Plan to find new treatments and preventions for the disease. Klobuchar recommended Dr. Ronald Peterson, an expert on Alzheimer’s at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn., to chair the advisory council that drafted the plan.
