Whitney Westley of Detroit Lakes graduated Magna Cum Laude with Geography Honors from Gustavus Adolphus College on Sunday, May 29. Westley, who also earned dean’s list honors at Gustavus for spring semester 2011, was among 104 students out of the 587 graduating from Gustavus that day to earn the magna cum laude distinction, which indicates a cumulative GPA of 3.7-3.89.
