A group of primarily Detroit Lakes women (plus a couple of their non-local friends) took a trip to Costa Rica in January. Nancy Hebert, a personal trainer and fitness instructor at the Detroit Lakes Community and Cultural Center, takes a group on a fitness-based vacation once a year, always visiting a new and different tropical locale. The women who go vary from year-to-year, but many of them are regulars in Hebert's fitness classes. Submitted image
